Hormonal Replacement therapy
Dr. Tracy offers evidence-based guidance on hormone replacement therapy, including estrogen, progesterone, and testosterone support when appropriate. She works closely with each patient to determine if HRT is the right fit—considering symptoms, medical history, and personal preferences—then monitors and adjusts treatment for optimal results and safety.
nutrition
Dr. Tracy shares practical nutrition guidance, resources, and insight to help women support their hormones through food—not restriction. Her approach focuses on stabilizing blood sugar, reducing inflammation, and fueling energy in a way that’s sustainable, empowering, and tailored to real life.
Fitness
