How To Get A Referral

Dr. Tracy is a licensed OB/GYN in British Columbia. To become a patient, ask your family doctor or nurse practitioner to fax a referral to her office. If you don’t have a primary care provider, you can visit a walk-in clinic and request one. Once your referral is received, Dr. Tracy’s team will contact you directly to schedule an appointment.

What Happens After A Referral is Received?

Once Dr. Tracy’s office receives your referral, you’ll be added to the waitlist and contacted directly to schedule your initial consultation. You’ll receive information on how to prepare, what to bring, and what to expect during your visit. Appointments are tailored to your stage of life, symptoms, and goals—because menopause care should never be one-size-fits-all.

The current waitlist is up to 6 months after referral.

Review Clinic Policies Regarding Referrals

Referrals are required for all new patients. Dr. Tracy’s practice follows BC medical guidelines, which means care is focused on gynecologic and menopause-related concerns. Referrals that fall outside this scope may not be accepted. Please ensure your referring provider includes relevant health history and current symptoms to help us determine if this clinic is the right fit. Incomplete or duplicate referrals may delay processing.
